Sending a quote to your customer slowly is a bad way to win a job. If you leave their property and haven’t already given them a quote you probably won’t do that job.


People don’t want to wait so you need to make sure your customer receives your quote straight away. If someone else sends their quote before you do then chances are they will get the work even if their quote costs more.


But your quote should also look professional. It's no good leaving a quote that is hand written. Send a digital quote by email or WhatsApp before you leave your customer. That way you look professional which helps to win work.
